Morning Activities: Energize, Engage, Enjoy

On the morning of May 20, we welcome all team members to the Second Plant, where the day will begin with group formation and opening speeches, including a heartfelt address by our CEO.

The morning will feature a series of fun and energizing team games including:

• Icebreaker Games: “Inside & Outside”

• Warm-up Exercise: “Power Train”

• Relay Challenges: “March Forward”, “Never Fall Forest”, “Cross the River”, and “Rapid Strike Ping Pong”

These games are designed to bring out team spirit, boost morale, and create laughter-filled memories. The morning will conclude with a group lunch and a team award ceremony recognizing outstanding team performance.

Afternoon Training: Learn, Grow, Excel

After lunch, we shift gears into professional development mode with a series of focused training sessions aimed at enhancing the skills and knowledge of both new employees and existing staff:

• Quality Training: Standardized procedures across departments

• Technical & Sample Training

• Procurement and Raw Material Knowledge

• Custom Furniture System Training

• Production Workflow Overview
